CANCELLATION POLICY

•Rescheduling and canceling are not the same thing. Rescheduling is ALWAYS an option before your reservation time. Do NOT cancel your reservation online if you simply need to reschedule. •Rescheduling with at least 13 hour notice is free with no limit on how many times you need to. It is to be done by the client online vie their confirmation text/email. •Rescheduling with less than 13 hour notice may possibly be charged a 15% inconvenience fee (with the exception of extenuating circumstances). Do not show up early (if lobby is open, feel free to get comfy there) or be late to your reservation . Our schedule is very tight. If you are early, there is a possibility that you will have to wait before coming in if we are not open yet or gone on break. We do not charge late fees but if you are more than 10 minutes late your reservation may be subject to cancellation. If you think you'll be either, We’re pretty understanding, just contact the service provider. •No call no shows will be charged the remaining balance. A 100% retainer will be required to rebook (with the exception of extenuating circumstances). Will be banned from booking after a 3rd occurrence. We’re understanding! Pretty please, just let us know if you can’t make it to avoid a charge! •The 35% retainer fee is non-refundable. Remaining balance for parties and weddings must be paid a week in advance. Single & couple spa days, 48 hours in advance.
